Fast, clean, accurate, and safe! We are capable of Sonic Drilling down to 300m thank you to our incredible Gus Pech Brat-A-Sonic rig. Sonic drilling is an advanced form of drilling that significantly reduces the amount of friction on the drill string by using high frequency resonance energy to the soil at various sonic frequencies. We can produce an accurate and reproduceable drill while using 80% less waste then other typical drilling methods!
We are capabale of Wire Line Coring up to 300m. Wirline coring is used to obtain different samples of various rock types. Wireline Core Drilling is a unique process in which the core barrel can be removed from the drill hole without taking out the drill rod. The rod only needs to be drawn up to the surface when the drill bit needs to be replaced making it much more effective and consistent then other drilling methods.
Geotechnical drilling is typically performed in areas such as construction sites to ensure stability of ground structures and to determine if the location is suitable for the project at hand. During the Geotechnical drill, we may take rock and soil samples as well as perform soil analysis to ensure that the location will be safe. This helps the management team better understand the site and the soil that they will be working on.
Mud Rotary Drilling is best known as the most versatile and common form of drilling around. It involves the use of a spinning drill bit paired with the mud mixture. Mud Rotary Drilling is advantageous in the majority of geological forms and it can provide stability to prevent hole collapse in bedrock, sand, gravel, etc.
Environmental drilling is used to determine, assess and analyze the possible contamination in the soil or groundwater. The data collected is critical to understand the sub-surface conditions and can be monitored over time to ensure that a certain location is environmentally sound. It is important to use the right techniques and to have the proper equipment to get the job done to prevent underground contamination of the samples and with our experience and expertise, we can get your job done the right way.
